Python Job: Software Development Manager

As the DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for this team, you will be instrumental in working with our global team to:

• Build and train a development team across Latin America
• Manage and mentor the development team and provide career direction
• Recognize problems that affect the entire team and collaborate on solutions
• Work closely with the team to assess the team’s technical skills gaps and recommend and/or provide training
• Build relationships across teams and within the team
• Build a positive team culture

Skills you will have:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in software development
• Experience interviewing and hiring people that make teams work together better
• Strong communication, sound decision making and time management skills
• Experience building and mentoring a technical team
• Experience with Python or Perl in order to evaluate potential hires
• Outstanding English communication skills
